If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Your data is stored in electronically, owned and controlled by Jen Dixon in a secure password protected manner. On-site and off-site backups are encrypted and the off-site backup provider has no access to your data.

We proactively monitor and review web server logs for any anomalies in day to day activity. In the event of a data breach, ISO procedures are to be followed.
