Hey friends! I have a *FREE* live event hosted by Skillshare this Wednesday.
I’d love you to be there.
Quick Details:
• Who is this event for: Everyone. Beginners to professionals- come hang out with me (you don’t even need a current Skillshare membership to attend). If you do creative stuff now or would like to start, if you write, paint, draw, make music, take photos… whatever you do, you are welcome.

• What day: August 2, 2023 (this Wednesday)
• What time: 1PM EST (New York), 6PM BST (London) (replay access)
• What you need: a project you’re currently working on, or perhaps one you want to start. I’ll also have a drawing prompt/exercise you can try.
---> For my prompt, try crayons, charcoal, pencils, pastels… any of those and some inexpensive paper (can be printer paper). Kids’ supplies are totally fine (and kids are welcome to attend with you for my event).
• What we’re doing: Skillshare is hosting Creative Club Live events with some of your favourite Top Teachers (like me!), where we’ll have some introduction time, a few mindful moments to get you relaxed and focussed on some low-pressure creativity time, and then time to focus on the prompt and discussion I have with our host, or listen while you get some creative work done alongside a live group of other creative people from all over the world. We’ll end with some “ask me anything” style Q&A, and then return to our individual days feeling refreshed and recharged, perhaps with a finished project, progress made, or new ideas.
• Plan on about 1 to 1.5 hours for the whole experience. We’ll be on Zoom, so sign up on that Eventbrite page, even if you can’t make it live, because Skillshare will send you a recording link to play later.
It’s been awhile since we caught up with each other, and I can’t wait to see a bunch of you live on Wednesday for a unique, low-pressure, casual and friendly event.
• After you register, be sure to make a note of any questions on creativity, my process, advice for your process, or anything else art/art career-related you may want to ask me during the event; we will get to as many questions as we can.
